Return and Refund Policy

Leisure Space Furniture, operated by Leisure Space, LLC, processes orders through an invoice-based system from 13021 Arctic Circle, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. For questions about returns or refunds, contact service@leisurespaceus.com or call (949)414-8999, Monday through Friday, 10-6 PST.
Order Cancellation & Invoice Confirmation
This website operates as an inquiry and catalog platform using supplier-provided product data. Orders are confirmed only after payment of an issued invoice. Because catalog information may vary, final sale status, special-order classification, and return eligibility are determined by the issued invoice, supplier confirmation, and written approval from Leisure Space Furniture.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of invoice payment, provided the order has not been processed, prepared for shipment, scheduled for delivery, or submitted to the supplier. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to service@leisurespaceus.com.
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale. This includes any item not stocked in our warehouse and ordered from a supplier specifically for your invoice. Once submitted to the supplier, these items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
30-Day Return Policy & Eligibility
Leisure Space Furniture accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns require original packaging.
To qualify for a return authorization, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unassembled, unmodified, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, hardware, accessories, and protective inserts.
- A copy of the paid invoice or receipt must be provided.
- The return must be approved in advance with a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped or delivered for an approved in-person drop-off within 14 days of RA issuance. Returns may be refused if the item is received used, assembled, altered, damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging.
Shipping Costs, Delivery, & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by us in writing for a documented damaged, defective, or incorrect item. The return shipment remains the sender's responsibility until delivered to and formally accepted at our facility.
Approved returns of eligible, non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges, delivery fees, white-glove service fees, assembly fees, and related service charges are non-refundable. Original outbound shipping remains non-refundable even if a promotional shipping offer applied to the invoice.
Delivery is generally completed in 2 to 7 business days, subject to availability, scheduling, and delivery access.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items
- Any item designated as a special order on your invoice or supplier confirmation
- Any item not stocked in our warehouse and ordered from a supplier specifically for your invoice
- Clearance, closeout, floor model, or other items marked Final Sale
- Mattresses and pillows that have been opened or removed from sealed factory packaging
Return Process & Return Location
Leisure Space Furniture processes approved returns from Santa Fe Springs in Los Angeles County and supports customers across Orange County and Southern CA through its invoice-based ordering system.
To request a return, email service@leisurespaceus.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for the return. If approved, we will issue an RA number and provide return instructions. Returns sent or dropped off without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact service@leisurespaceus.com promptly. Customers should report visible damage before assembly or use when possible. We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label in order to review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee, return shipping charges, and non-refundable fees.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact service@leisurespaceus.com.

This policy is posted for California customers, including where applicable under California Civil Code §1723. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
